Time to Pet app
Our Time to Pet scheduling app is a feature that we are so proud to bring to the dog walking industry!
The app shows our clients a detailed map of where there pup has walked as well as showing the start and finish times. Once a walk is complete, all of the information is sent straight to the owner’s email to show them exactly what their furry friend had been up to on that day!
The app also allows us to take pictures, to help capture special moments of meeting new friends in the park, or just showing that they are enjoying their afternoon nap. Once a picture is taken, this, too, will be sent to the owner’s inbox. All of this is wrapped up in a simple app which helps to deliver the ultimate dog walking experience.
Our service also provides a messaging system which allows you to discuss any preferences, times and any special requirements before booking with someone. You can also take advantage of the option of meet up to get to know each other. It’s a great way to make sure everyone feels comfortable before anything is confirmed.
Two Hour Window
While we would love to accommodate everyone’s request for specific times it just is too difficult.
Due to the complexity of our clients varying schedules and the unique challenges of maneuvering through the city in all climates, we reserve a two-hour window around the time of your scheduled walk.
For example: If you are scheduled for 3pm, you can expect your walker will arrive sometime between 2pm and 4pm. We often face traffic or bad weather conditions during the work day.
All cancellations must be confirmed by 5pm the day before of the scheduled walk. This gives us time to adjust our schedule and give the time slot to another pooch. Failure to cancel will result in the full price of the visit being charged.
In the event that we show up for a scheduled walk and your pooch is not home or unable to come out and play, you will be charged for the full rate of the visit. Also, it is imperative that your walker has both key and fob to gain access. Security is sometimes busy and away from their desk, we cannot wait. In this situation, we will wait 10 mins, contact you . If we cannot get in, you will be charged full rate for the walk.
In the best interest of both your dog and the walker, temps that reach 90 degrees or below 20 your pup will get a potty break and indoor play only.
